Last night we (Women In Tune teams from several countries) had an awesome experience in the presence of God! It was the final day of our three-day corporate fast, which we did to thank the Father for delivering one of our teams from a near fatal accident, and also, to “blow the trumpet” and call on Him for help against the enemy. (Numbers 10:9)
Psalm 124:6-8 NKJV
“[6] Blessed be the LORD, Who has not given us as prey to their teeth. [7] Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped. [8] Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.”
It has been an overwhelming three days of prayer and worship, as the Lord Jesus revealed Himself to us as our Husband and Bridegroom (Isaiah 54:5), and poured His love over us, comforted us, and assured us of His protection, deliverance and peace.
Psalm 3:3,5 NLT
“[3] But you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high… [5] I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the LORD was watching over me.”
However, last night was the icing on the cake! The Lord strengthened and encouraged us to be strong and not to fear, but to continue working because He is with us! (Zechariah 8:9-13; Haggai 2:4-9)
Then, He brought us into the overflow of His presence and glory! As we worshipped, prayed and worshipped, it was like the floodgates of heaven were opened, and the fresh oil of the Holy Spirit was poured upon us. There was a release of the prophetic, as the Father assured us of a new move of His glory upon the Church in the nations.
MY PRAYER
Our final song was “OVERFLOW” by Rhema Onuoha. There was so much joy on my heart that I wept, and strongly desired and earnestly prayed that the Church, the Body of Christ in the nations, would experience the same overflow of the Father’s presence, anointing and glory! Yes, this is my prayer for you and every believer and local church!
