One of the greatest Psalms, in my opinion, is Psalm 145, which is described as a song of God’s majesty and love, a praise of David. This psalm reveals God’s being, nature and glory, and the splendour, power and works of His Kingdom, in an awesome and extravagant way.
However, in verse 5, the psalmist invites us to meditate on the glorious splendor of God’s majesty, and on His wondrous works, and TODAY, I’m compelled to pause and reflect on those words.
Psalm 145:10-13 NKJV
“[10] All Your works shall praise You, O LORD, and Your saints shall bless You. [11] They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, and talk of Your power, [12] to make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of His kingdom. [13] Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.”
As I reflect on these verses of scripture, Jarrod Coopers song, “King Of Kings, Majesty” fills my heart. This is another song I fell in love with years ago; actually, I wanted us to adopt it as the anthem for Women In Tune. Kindly read and meditate on the lyrics below…
King of kings, Majesty
God of Heaven living in me
Gentle Saviour, closest friend
Strong Deliverer, beginning and end
All within me falls at Your throne
Your majesty, I can but bow
I lay my all before You now
In royal robes I don’t deserve
I live to serve Your Majesty
Earth and Heaven worship You
Love eternal, Faithful and True
Who bought the nations, ransomed souls
Brought this sinner near to Your throne
All within me cries out in praise.
Your majesty, I can but bow
I lay my all before You now
In royal robes I don’t deserve
I live to serve Your Majesty
How excellent! How awesome! Clad in royal robes that we do not even deserve, we live to serve Jesus Christ, the King of kings. Today, join me in worshipping Jesus, as we acknowledge Him as King of Kings, Majesty. Click on the link and sing with me. https://youtu.be/1RH–iXz2hM?si=ea5qb9HEpguzVpua

Fulfilling Our Theme For 2024: “Building The Highway And Lifting The Banner”
“And in that day, there shall be a Root of Jesse, who shall stand as a banner to the people; for the Gentiles shall seek Him…. (therefore) Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; build up, build up the highway! Take out the stones, lift up a banner for the peoples!” [Isaiah 11:10, Isaiah 62:10]
