AN ALTAR OF THANKSGIVING AND PRAISE (26):
Let My Life Praise You…!

Today, we bring our altar of thanksgiving and praise to a conclusion. It has been a wonderful and enjoyable month-long journey of expressing our affection for the Father. Each day, we have explored aspects of our relationship with the Lord and declared, sang, praised and worshipped Him.

Personally, I have experienced a stronger awareness of the Father’s presence and love, and the Holy Spirit has deepened my communion and friendship with Jesus. I hope and pray that this month of praise and worship has been fruitful for you too, and ask that the fruit will abide, in Jesus’ name. (Mark 4:8). May He also help us make thanksgiving, praise and worship an integral part of our prayer life.

TODAY, a simple song is on my heart – “PRAISE YOU” by The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. This is a song I have LOVED and sang for many years! I even had someone perform it at my ordination into apostolic office in 2009; as it defines the meaning and purpose to my life. I am sharing the lyrics here for our reflection and prayer…

  1. Lord I come to You today,
With a simple prayer to pray.
    In everything I do,
Let my life, O Lord, praise You.

Praise You, praise You, praise You.
Let my life, praise You.
Praise You, praise You, praise You.
Let my life, O Lord, praise You.

  1. Lord You formed me out of clay,
And for Your glory I was made.
Use this vessel as You choose.
Let my life, O Lord, praise You.

Praise You, praise You, praise You.
Let my life, praise You.
Praise You, praise You, praise You.
Let my life, O Lord, praise You.

I also invite you to click on the link and join me in singing this song, as a prayer and an offering to God. May we discover afresh His purpose for our existence. May Jesus always be glorified in our lives. Hallelujah! Amen! https://youtu.be/e-OuqtMfH1A?si=2jpmOmtxR1CNPRUf

Fulfilling Our Theme For 2024: “Building The Highway And Lifting The Banner”

“And in that day, there shall be a Root of Jesse, who shall stand as a banner to the people; for the Gentiles shall seek Him…. (therefore) Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people; build up, build up the highway! Take out the stones, lift up a banner for the peoples!” [Isaiah 11:10, Isaiah 62:10]
