Sometimes we don’t need to have a reason or testimony to praise God; we praise Him just because He is God and is worthy of our praises. Yesterday, my heart was filled with joy and adoration, as I sang and sang to the Lord; just because He is God! Yes, for no other reason than the fact that He is God!
Deuteronomy 32:3-4 NKJV
“[3] For I proclaim the name of the LORD: Ascribe greatness to our God. [4] He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.”
The LORD has proved Himself over and over again that He is God; the omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent God! He is the good, merciful, gracious, patient, longsuffering, righteous and just God. He is God, who created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them! He is God who created you and me and has made us His own!
For this reason alone, the fact that He is God, today let’s just praise and thank Him; let’s just worship Him and pour our love and adoration on Him.
